Terms and Conditions

Android PC Suite respects your privacy and is designed to process your Android device data locally whenever possible.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Android PC Suite Chrome extension handles information when you connect and manage an Android smartphone or tablet through your computer.

By using Android PC Suite, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Android PC Suite allows users to connect an Android device to a computer through USB and manage the device using Google Chrome or another compatible Chromium-based browser.

Depending on the features used and the permissions available on the connected Android device, Android PC Suite may access information such as files, photos, videos, audio, applications, contacts, SMS messages and call history.

This information is accessed only to provide the features explicitly requested by the user.

Android PC Suite does not automatically upload the personal contents of your Android device to our servers.

2. Information Android PC Suite May Access

When you connect an Android device and use specific features, the extension may locally access the following categories of information.

Files and Folders

Android PC Suite may access files and folders stored on your Android device in order to allow you to:

  • browse files;
  • download files to your computer;
  • upload files to your device;
  • create folders;
  • rename files;
  • move files;
  • delete files;
  • back up selected files;
  • free storage space.

File contents are processed locally between the Android device, browser and computer.

Photos and Videos

The extension may access photos and videos stored on the connected device so that you can:

  • view thumbnails and previews;
  • organize albums and folders;
  • move photos and videos;
  • download selected media;
  • create backups;
  • identify large media files.

Photos and videos are not uploaded to Android PC Suite servers as part of these operations.

Audio and Music

Android PC Suite may access music, audio files, playlists, audiobooks, podcasts, ringtones and voice recordings stored on the connected device.

This information is used only to provide audio management, playback, organization, transfer and backup features.

Applications

Android PC Suite may access information about installed Android applications, including:

  • application names;
  • package names;
  • versions;
  • APK locations;
  • application size and related technical information.

This information is used to provide features such as application management, APK export, APK installation, uninstall operations and access to application settings.

Contacts

When the Contacts feature is used, Android PC Suite may access contact information stored on the connected Android device, which may include:

  • names;
  • telephone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • other contact information made available by Android.

Contact information is processed locally for the purpose of displaying and managing contacts.

SMS Messages

When the SMS feature is used, Android PC Suite may access SMS information stored on the connected device, including:

  • telephone numbers;
  • contact names when available;
  • message text;
  • message dates and times;
  • conversation information.

SMS data is used only to display, search, export or otherwise manage messages as requested by the user.

SMS contents are not uploaded to our servers.

When a user chooses to send an SMS, Android PC Suite sends the requested command to the connected Android device.

Call History

When supported by the Android device, Android PC Suite may access call-log information such as:

  • telephone numbers;
  • contact names;
  • incoming calls;
  • outgoing calls;
  • missed calls;
  • call dates;
  • call duration.

Call-log information is processed locally.

Some Android devices may block access to call logs due to operating-system or manufacturer security restrictions.

WhatsApp Files

Android PC Suite may allow users to browse WhatsApp-related files that are accessible through the Android file system, including photos, videos, audio files, documents and other media.

Android PC Suite is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Accessible WhatsApp files are processed locally and are not uploaded to Android PC Suite servers.

Screen Mirroring

When Screen Mirroring is enabled, Android PC Suite receives a live representation of the connected Android device’s screen through the USB/ADB connection.

Screen content is processed locally by the browser to display the Android screen on the computer.

The mirrored screen is not transmitted to Android PC Suite servers.

Screen Recording and Screenshots

When requested by the user, Android PC Suite may capture:

  • screenshots;
  • screen recordings;
  • compatible Android audio streams.

These files are generated and saved locally on the user’s computer.

Android PC Suite does not automatically upload screenshots or screen recordings to our servers.

Remote Control

The Remote Control feature sends user-generated commands from the computer to the connected Android device.

These may include:

  • taps;
  • swipes;
  • scrolling;
  • keyboard input;
  • Android navigation commands;
  • volume or device-control commands.

Remote-control commands are sent directly to the connected Android device through the USB/ADB connection.

They are not sent to Android PC Suite servers.

3. USB and ADB Connection

Android PC Suite uses browser-supported USB functionality and Android Debug Bridge (ADB) technologies to communicate with Android devices authorized by the user.

The user must explicitly select or authorize a compatible USB device.

Android may also display an authorization message asking the user to approve USB Debugging access from the computer.

Android PC Suite cannot access an Android device through USB unless the required device permissions and Android debugging authorization have been granted.

4. Local Processing

A fundamental design principle of Android PC Suite is that Android device data should remain local whenever possible.

Operations involving files, photos, videos, audio, contacts, messages, application information, call logs, screen content and other device data are generally performed directly between:

Android device → browser → user’s computer

These contents are not automatically routed through Android PC Suite servers.

5. Data Stored by the Extension

Android PC Suite may store a limited amount of configuration information in browser storage in order to remember user preferences.

This may include:

  • interface language;
  • application settings;
  • video and audio preferences;
  • FREE/PRO status;
  • unlock information;
  • trial usage information;
  • other preferences required for the extension to function correctly.

This information is stored locally in the browser unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Android PC Suite does not intentionally store copies of your personal Android files, SMS messages, contacts or screen recordings on its servers.

6. PRO License and Unlock Information

If a user activates Android PC Suite PRO, the extension may locally store information indicating that the product has been unlocked.

The purchase process may take place through an external purchase page.

Payment information such as credit-card numbers is not collected or processed directly by the Android PC Suite Chrome extension.

Payment providers used on the purchase website may process payment and transaction information according to their own privacy policies and legal requirements.

7. External Network Requests

Most Android device management operations do not require Android PC Suite servers.

The extension may make network requests for limited operational purposes, such as:

  • opening the official Android PC Suite website;
  • opening the PRO purchase page;
  • retrieving required technical components from their official distribution source when necessary for a user-requested feature.

For example, some audio-related functionality may use a technical component from the official scrcpy project distribution.

Such requests do not intentionally transmit the user’s Android photos, files, messages, contacts or other personal device content to the third-party source.

Third-party websites and services may receive standard technical information associated with normal internet connections, such as an IP address, according to their respective privacy policies.

8. How We Use Information

Information accessed by Android PC Suite is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality requested by the user.

Examples include:

  • displaying Android files;
  • transferring files;
  • organizing media;
  • displaying messages and contacts;
  • managing applications;
  • mirroring the Android screen;
  • controlling the connected device;
  • creating backups;
  • recording the screen;
  • freeing device storage.

Android PC Suite does not use personal Android device data for advertising purposes.

Android PC Suite does not sell personal Android device data.

Android PC Suite does not use personal Android device data to create advertising profiles.

9. Sharing of User Data

Android PC Suite does not sell or rent personal Android device data.

Personal device information accessed through USB is not shared with third parties except where such transfer is:

  • explicitly initiated by the user;
  • necessary to provide a requested feature;
  • required by applicable law;
  • necessary to protect users, the service or others against fraud, abuse, malware or security threats.

10. Human Access to User Data

Because Android device content is normally processed locally, Android PC Suite developers and staff do not normally have access to users’ personal device contents.

We do not allow employees or contractors to read users’ SMS messages, contacts, personal files, photos or other device content as part of normal operation.

A user may voluntarily provide specific files, screenshots, diagnostic information or other content when requesting technical support.

In such cases, the information provided by the user may be reviewed only as necessary to provide the requested support.

11. Data Retention

Android PC Suite does not maintain a server-side archive of the personal contents accessed from your Android device during normal extension use.

Files downloaded or backed up by the user remain on the destination selected by the user on their computer.

Settings saved locally by the extension remain in browser storage until they are changed, deleted, or the extension/browser data is removed.

12. Security

Android PC Suite uses the browser and Android authorization mechanisms to communicate with connected devices.

Users should connect only devices they own or are authorized to manage.

Users should also remove USB Debugging authorization from Android Developer Options when access from a particular computer is no longer desired.

When user data must be transmitted over the internet for an explicitly disclosed feature, modern secure connections such as HTTPS are used where applicable.

13. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

Android PC Suite’s use of information received from Chrome APIs and information accessed through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User data is used only to provide or improve the extension’s disclosed user-facing functionality.

User data is not used or transferred for personalized advertising, advertising profiles, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or other unrelated purposes.

User data is not sold to third parties.

14. Third-Party Trademarks and Services

Android, Google Chrome, Google, WhatsApp, Meta and other names or trademarks mentioned by Android PC Suite are the property of their respective owners.

Android PC Suite is not necessarily affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

Third-party services and websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

15. Children’s Privacy

Android PC Suite is a general-purpose device management utility and is not specifically directed to children.

Users should only access personal information stored on devices they are authorized to manage.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Android PC Suite changes, when new functionality is introduced, or when legal or platform requirements change.

The current version will be published on the official Android PC Suite website together with the date of the latest update.

If a future version of Android PC Suite materially changes how user data is handled, appropriate disclosures will be provided.

17. Your Choices

Users control which Android device is connected and which features are used.

You can stop Android PC Suite from accessing the connected device by:

  • disconnecting the USB cable;
  • closing the extension;
  • revoking the computer’s USB Debugging authorization from Android;
  • disabling USB Debugging;
  • uninstalling the Android PC Suite extension.

Locally stored extension settings can also be removed by uninstalling the extension or clearing its stored browser data.
